- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit for the amount you paid for the product. Store credits will take 5 business days to process and you will be notified via email when the store credit is available. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.
- All customers must contact zuribloom.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- zuribloom.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to zuribloom.com or the Absence of the return code and/or order number.
- We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
- To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund: Always process a return following our Return procedure
- Returns and store credits will be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the product is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).
- In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the delivered product.
- If the product received by the customer is damaged then the customer may request a return and claim an exchange. The product must be returned by the customer as per Returns Policy.
- Store credits will take 5 business days to process and you will be notified via email when the store credit is available.
